She has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the sectors of Agriculture, Management, and Entrepreneurship.

Lachezar has more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural sector. He joined Kamchiya Valley in 2017 as a Lead Agronomist and Technologist. Lachezar holds a master’s degree in Mineral Nutrition and Fertilization of Plants as well as a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He has also worked in the fields of International Trade and International Relationships.

Teodora holds a master’s degree in Environment and Sustainable Development. In her professional career she has worked as a sustainability advisor. Between 2003 and 2006 she was a Director of the Regional Environment and Water Inspection – Varna.
